Exeter Chiefs have marked Scarlets lock Tom Price for the 2019-20 season.
The 26-year-old, executive of rugby Rob Baxter’s third newcomer for next season, has conceded to a two-year contract with the Premiership heads.
Cost joined Scarlets from Leicester Tigers in 2015 and has so far shown up for the Welsh side, scoring three attempts.
“Exeter is an incredible club and a quality side and they’ve demonstrated that now for various years,” he said.
“They are a standout amongst the best sides in England and in Europe, so I’m anticipating getting down there and being a piece, all things considered,
Baxter included: “I’m sure Tom will come here, buckle down and become tied up with the things we request that he do, and that will give him an extraordinary chance to play.
“With the season as long as it one year from now in light of the World Cup – and who recognizes what players we have included with that – Tom could without much of a stretch end up as a cutting edge player from the very first moment.”
